Simba Security Service, a member of East African Holding, has officially achieved ISO 18788:2015 certification for Security Operations Management Systems, following a successful audit by Intertek, a UKAS-accredited certification body.
The certification provides an internationally recognized framework for managing security operations, including risk management, operational controls, legal and human rights considerations, and continuous improvement.
For Simba Security Service, the certification marks an important step in strengthening its systems and practices in line with internationally recognized standards, while supporting its ambition to provide technology-enabled and responsible security services across Ethiopia and the wider region.
The certification also strengthens Simba Security Service’s capacity to engage with international clients and opportunities where adherence to recognized security operations standards is required.
